I semi-frequently take my glasses off temporary for various reasons, and don't like putting them on top of my head. They never feel secure (my head's not very flat and don't like the "headband look" using them to push my hair back) and still fall off if I bend over, just as they do if I hang them on my shirt (which has caused me to lose them temporarily muliple times, causing extreme stress, anxiety, damage when I find them with the bottom of my shoe, and, in one particularly horrible, embarrassing, fear and weeping induced by a LOT of screaming and cussing case, a high-speed trip across town where I had failed to notice they were gone until the whole family arrived at a restaurant across town for lunch - bad day and I swore I wld NEVER do that again, which eventually I reneged on - I know, TMI), or get inexplicably and weirdly tangled in my necklace, which occasionally requires an inordently arduous amount of time and energy to extricate them. Putting them in my sometimes VERY shallow/in name only front pants pocket can result in damage and/or another case or temporary loss and panic. "Just keeping them on my face" at all times isn't an option; sometimes I have to take them off (like driving at night). I thought about this option, which is perfect, BUT I don't want to look like an old lady. Blunt, perhaps politically incorrect, but true. I have to get old but I still want to and deserve to look stylish doing it, and so do you! Having ssid all that, this is it! I was Soooo happy to find these! Tons of stylish functional options too. I got the blue one. They come with two thingies to attach - clearish and black - the chain to, which has a lobster claw clasp so it can be, as the info and pics show, removed from the rubber thingie that slides onto the arm of your glasses, which is very cool. I did briefly try to fashion it into a bracelet, but didn't feel like fooling with it too much, but I do think it can be done. Just noticed the necklace option, so I'll definitely try that.Great price, many beautiful and stylish options to choose from, functionality with style! A couple of notes, the pictures show placing the chain at the hinge/at the front with the chain in front, but I think that is for display, since that would defeat the purpose. The chain could be positioned at the front, but having that constantly in my peripheral vision was annoying, so I slid mine back to where the plastic over the earpiece starts (or ends depending on your perspective) snd that works better for me; although, it does hang where it brushes against my cheek (doesn’t bother me much) and interfere with moving my hair over my shoulder, styling sometimes, combing, putting in earrings and hearing aids, but easily solved by taking my glasses off, also highlighting another benefit - don't have to lay my glasses down somewhere. Another tip, if they start to slide towards the hinge, push the metal wire wound around the rubber o-ring up as far as you can to snug the loop on the arm of the glasses. Sorry to be do chatty. I don't usually do reviews, so...haha! I think you'll love them too. Cost is so good, you can get more than one to change up or for your other glasses.
