With a sophisticated color palette and antique-style distressing, this design wouldn't look out of place in a museum. But there's no need to keep this rug behind glass. It's stain resistant and fully machine washable so you can lay it out in any room, giving you elegant design options without any worry.
A sophisticated color palette anchored by bright blue and beige. Accents of ochre, grey, and ivory mingle with the distresseed pattern to produce a lovingly well-worn look.
Machine washable for easy cleaning. Air dry flat.
Flat, shed free polyester chenille upper with a recycled cotton backing that's safe for wood floors.
Kid and pet safe materials.
Rug arrives factory rolled, may have creases from packaging and storage. Normally flattens within 5-7 days. Expedite by rolling, pattern side up, and massaging creases to loosen them. Laying out in a sunny room helps further loosen the backing.
This is very good quality for the price! Super chic and stain resistant. On top of that, it being machine washable what could be better?! I purchased the 8x10’ and I only make 1 suggestion. If you purchase this rug and have hardwoods, you will more than likely need to purchase the sticky floor strips. The rug tends to curl up in the corners a bit without and sticky strips but absolutely no complaints about quality, stain resistance or aesthetic! A great buy!I’ve been all over the internet trying to find a rug to transition away from foam mats for my toddler. Needed to be easy to clean, well made, and affordable. For my needs I paired this with a rubber backed pad from Mohawk and this combo is a dream! Does not slide at all with this combo. I’m so glad I didn’t waste big bucks on the bigger name brand of washable rugs. Bonus points for whatever rug magic there is that has my toddler thinking he can run faster now. It’s holding up to my dog, cat, and the Dyson too. Pretty sure the Roomba would be cool with it too. My allergies and asthma were not aggravated by it either. So soft on the feetNo, this is not a 1/2" pile wool rug, which I would prefer, but hey--cats pee on things. I knew what to expect with a rug claiming to be washable--it has to be thin enough to fold up and fit in a washing machine. I've owned a few Ruggable brand, and the main differences between those and this one are the vibrance of the colors and the edge binding. For looks, pattern, and color, Well Woven wins hands down. This is a fabulous hot pink and cerulean blue in the center with more muted berry colors and shots of yellow orange around the border. The binding is a couple different layered whip stitches--a little "rustic", but not distracting. It feels soft to the touch but you'll definitely want a serious rug pad if you want any cushion underfoot. All of that was expected, so I'm not mad, and overall I love the look.I just got it, so I haven't tested the washability, but I can tell that at least normal foot traffic soil won't be noticeable. My last (Ruggable) rug had a beige background, and it turned a dingey, dirty beige *real fast. The other problem with rugs like this is corners folding up. So far, that's not happening with normal foot traffic, but we'll see. Overall, a very nice upgrade for when you're still in the "can't have nice things" phase of children and pet life.CONS: the rug is not perfectly rectangular. Yes, it's roughly 7'10" x 9'10", but you can see the binding doesn't line up straight with the pattern's border. That, along with the slight sheen and more open weave look just make it look a little more "antique" to me? Because it's centered under my dining room table and isn't the focus of the room, it doesn't bother me. But if you were looking at the whole rug all day, you may be annoyed by the imperfection. The edges of this rug roll up. I purchased it to replace a bound carpet that my Dad's walker would go over. If it layed flat it would work great but he still has to pick it the walker to get over the edge. The rug has been down for over 6 weeks and the edges will not lay flat.So beautifulLove this rug! The colors are gorgeous and pull in the colors of my living room. The rug laid flat upon opening the package so it was not a trip hazard. I have not tried to wash it yet, but I am very pleased with the colors, quality and appearance. I would definitely buy this rug again. You can tell it's not the most expensive rug. You will need rug grippers. But honestly I love it. It's very attractive in person in color and pattern. I love that it's machine washable since I have 3 boys, live on a mud farm, will most likely aquire indoor animals. I think I'll purchase more for my hallways and kitchen etc
