Upon arrival, one of the glasses were already bent beyond straightening.After wearing a second pair for 2 weeks the fishing line slipped out of one of the holes making that pair unusable.I am now on the third pair that just seems flimsy, definitely NOT worth the purchase.BrokeI wanted a pair of these for those times when I am watching an instructional crafting video while trying to follow along. I can see the TV over the top and look down at my handiwork without bobbing my head up and down. The lenses are made of good quality plastic so there is no warping and the entire lens offers the same vision.Of the 3 pair, two arrived in perfect condition and one was bent and warped to the point of not being able to straighten it out properly without breaking the frame. For this I am docking 1 star since it was obvious the damage ocurred during packing, not during shipping.I like the glass on these glasses but the frame is a little flimsy. I prefer a stiff frame and this one is flexible and maybe even a little cheap. They will do for readers.This three pack of half frame reading glasses from Yqjywztf arrived in a zipper plastic bag. Each pair of glasses are in a soft dark glass case and there are a package of microfiber cloths included. The glasses are metal framed, lightweight, have spring hinges and small in size. Included is a pair each of grey, black and gold glasses. The lenses are clear and the magnification is good. I like these half lenses glasses as I can read with them and look up and watch tv without taking them off. I can also walk with them on if I don't look down. The glasses seem to be sturdy and well made and they are exactly what I was expecting to receive.Not impressed... these are TINY.. like super TINY.. about half the height of my eyeball.. They look and feel flimsy and will not be used beyond testing purposes. They work as expected from reading glasses but unless you are expecting TINY glasses, I would keep looking... I kept my rating at 3 stars because they do work fine, they just are not for me and not what I was expecting when I read the listing.I could not wait to get my hands on these glasses as I've been looking far-and-wide to find readers that do not have a yellow tint coating (known as blue blocking or "anti eye strain"). In a quest to find NON blue blocking glasses I also learned that using the search operator "minus" does not work here. All that gets returned are blue-blocking glasses. That's 99% of the market. Frustrating!WHY MIGHT YOU WANT GLASSES THAT ALLOW THE ENTIRE LIGHT SPECTRUM?There's actually quite a lot of fascinating information on this on the inter-webs. Think: "circadian rhythm". For me, I find it imperative to get full spectrum bright daylight - not only for Vitamin D through skin, but through the EYES to signal to my brain "hey, its time to get moving and grooving and be productive".Feeling cranky? Ever heard of light therapy? Research indicates those brighter blue rays (generally the morning rays) may have therapeutic benefit for mood elevation. Neuroscientist Huberman says the first thing he does every morning before, even before checking his phone, is to get direct bright day light sun rays; says the more you can take in through your eyes, the better (but, of course within reason, cautions looking directly at sun).Yellow tinted glasses are what I use later in the day (after sunset), when its time to signal to my brain to slow down. I even have a pair of orange tint that are specifically for help with insomnia - to be worn past 10PM.Additionally, many computer displays today are designed not to be so harsh and I'd rather calibrate my computer to be less blue than to block out the happy blue rays in general.If you can't tell I've been very frustrated with lack of CLEAR (non tinted) lenses. My personal belief is that yellow tinted glasses are not helpful and often contra-indicated. I have a degree in psychology and my emphasis was bio-psychology because so much of good health and fitness starts with internal motivators and internal motivators are influenced by external surroundings and we influence our external surroundings in fully circular loop (such as by the glasses we wear or the music we play).REVIEW OF COMFORT & PERFORMANCE:I wasn't looking for half frames but I'm so glad I tried them. If you have long eyelashes, you will LOVE these because you can put the frame up close and your eyelashes won't get jammed up. Who knew? These were the type of glasses that I've needed all along.No - these aren't cool hipster glasses, but they blow away my other glasses in comfort because they are so light weight. Very light weight. A+ for comfort.They are small, but they cover nearly my full field of vision when I have them close to my eye. Perfect for reading.STRENGTH / magnification. I'm probably a 1 or 1.25 but ordered a 1.5. These are strong for me (duh). I knew they would be a little strong, but I feel they are more equivalent to a 1.75. They are a tad bit stronger than I expected. >>>If you are on the fence between strengths, I'd suggest ordering down.I'm VERY HAPPY to have these good-mood glasses. But then again, I'm writing this review through lenses that make me see everything in a positive light (hardy har-har).
